Access the Customer Portal
The Customer Portal is your online resource for information about your iMacros license purchases and service agreement(s). It’s where you can go to:
- Check information on your iMacros licenses and Service Agreement expiration dates
- Renew your Service Agreement
- Get your Ipswitch Serial Number and iMacros Activation Key
- Get your Activation Key for your Player Licenses
- Upgrade from Standard to Enterprise Edition
- Download the latest version of iMacros
If you haven’t already logged in or created an account on the Customer Portal, please do so at your earliest convenience.
Renew Your iMacros Service Agreement
To renew your annual Service Agreement, click the Access the Portal button and you’ll be taken to the Customer Portal. Once you’re logged in, select My Products. Locate your iMacros license and click the “Add | Renew” icon. You will be taken to a page where you will be able to purchase your iMacros service renewal.
Instructions for New Users
If you’re new to the Customer Portal, follow these steps to create your account:
Step 1: Click the Access the Customer Portal button to navigate to the Ipswitch Community.
Step 2: Click SignUp. The Create an Account screen appears.
Step 3: Enter the email address you used when purchasing your iMacros product.
Step 4: Enter the serial number associated with your iMacros product.
Step 5: Click Next. The account details section of the Create an Account page appears. Enter the required information.
Step 6: Click Next. An email confirming the account creation will be sent to the email address you provided during account creation.
Step 7: When you receive the email, click the available link to set your password.
Once your account is created and you’re logged into the Customer Portal, select My Products. Locate your iMacros license and click the “Add | Renew” icon. You will be taken to a page where you will be able to purchase your iMacros service renewal.
